- Opened 4 regional CDC-platforms (3 on the platforms of Suppliers, Log. Partners) - transport costs decreased -24%.
- Implemented a tender procedure, assessment standards, selection of Transportation Service Providers, a comprehensive assessment tool "Carrier Rating" - transportation costs decreased -29%.
- Reorganized the process of supplying goods on the terms of "self-delivery" (ExWorks) - transportation costs decreased -41%. Implemented the value chain / efficiency distribution approach Supplier - Network.
