HSE Graduates Can Receive Diplomas in Business Analysis
‘Informational Business Analytics’, a specialization of the Master’s Programme in Business Informatics, has been accredited by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Now all graduates of the programme have the opportunity to obtain a professional diploma in business analysis without the need for additional training.
The HSE Holds a Meeting with University of Turin Leadership
The leadership of the HSE and the faculties recently held a meeting with a delegation from the University of Turin. The participants discussed opportunities for cooperation between the universities, and agreed that the University of Turin would become one of the main international partners of the recently established International Laboratory of Law and Development at the HSE.

International Recognition of Quality
Between January and March, 2014, the University of London (UoL) carried out a cycle of events as part of the annual monitoring of ICEF as a UoL Affiliate Centre. This is the highest status, which is only assigned to a small part of the institutions in partnerships with the UoL. The monitoring meetings were concluded with a visit by the UoL representative delegation to ICEF on February 24.
The HSE Signs New Partnership Agreement with the University of Luxembourg
In February, 2014 the HSE Faculty of Economics launched a new era of academic cooperation with the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance at the University of Luxembourg. The faculties signed an agreement about new double degree programmes.
100,000 Students Sign up for HSE Courses at Coursera
The Higher School of Economics joined the project on October 23, 2013 as one of the first Russian universities to partner up with Coursera. At the moment, the HSE offers twelve courses on its page with Coursera.

Brazil is Coming Closer
On January 17, 2014, Elena Vasina, Director of the Translation Centre at the University of Sao Paulo will read a lecture on ‘Brazil: Politics, Culture, Language’ at the HSE in Nizhny Novgorod. The lecture is happening as part of the cooperation agreement between the two universities, signed in October 2013.
